Fees

My clients prefer my fees to be structured as a monthly retainer or as a flat-fee. As a true flat fee arrangement, there are no hidden costs or hourly fees. For monthly retainers, you pay one monthly fee and all of your tailored legal needs are covered. Neither the monthly retainer nor the flat fee will fluctuate based on time used by your company; however, client fee agreements will be re-evaluated and renegotiated at regular intervals.

Integrated General Counsel can negotiate an agreement with you based on an hourly fee if you prefer, but most clients opt for retainers or flat fees so that they can anticipate and budget for legal fees. Further, paying a monthly retainer guarantees my time and attention whenever they need it.

Projects that fall outside the confines of our retainer agreement will be negotiated and charged separately.
