I am the founder of a band and created an LLC to make it an official business. Over the years of contracting musicians I learned that my original contract from a different law firm did not suffice. I hired Kristen to rewrite my contracts. She did a very good job and was very communicative and we finished it a day ahead of the deadline. She also has a sense of humor or she might have just laughed at my jokes because I’m a client. Still counts either way.
Our focus includes handling a variety of corporate matters and also includes litigation in state and federal courts. Our current practice includes providing transactional services and representing a variety of small and medium-sized companies as their outsourced general counsel.
